FS: 1996 Polaris SL780

THIS IS NOT MY SKI! Just one I found on a site that I frequent...

Description: 1996 Polaris SL780. This PWC is missing the ECU and wiring harness, lanyard, battery and choke cable. We were told the engine has good compression and the MFD was fired up on another unit and shows 16.5 hours.The seat is faded, the fuel tank meter is broken and the rest of the hull has normal wear and tear. There is no trailer with the unit. Bids taken until 6/17/2008.

Heres another one...

1996 See Doo GTX

Description: 1996 Sea Doo GTX. This unit has a faded exterior, the hood, port rubrail, seat, hull, port decals, port sponson, stator/impeller housing, ride plate, starboard side of the hull, starboard upper edge, gauge are damaged and the buttons on the handlebar are gone. The footpads are gone. The intake and carb is off, the intake manifold and lanyard are gone as are the plugs. The shop stated the engine ran at one point but not well due to rotary valve cover clearance is excessive and the crankcase is warped and grooved. This unit has seen better days and does not have a trailer. This comes with a junk title which means you will never receive a title/registration for it. It is for parts only! Bids taken until 6/17/2008.

I will keep that in mind! I have bid on a few items in the past, but havent bought anything yet as its a but of a run for me and they are pretty strict on when you have to have your stuff picked up by and their auctions end on a tuesday!

The engine runs, the gauge shows 21.8 hours but for the age it is probably not accurate and the gauge itself is a little goofy. Other than that, the engine runs, it is clean and ready to hit the water. Bring your own trailer as this does not come with one. Bids taken until 7/8/2008.
