I will be riding from St Pete Beach, down through Fort Desoto, and then down to Egmont this Saturday the 19th. I'll be riding along side a boat, and I have possibly 1 other ski so far making the trip.

I'm also planning on riding around Shepherds in Clearwater this Sunday.

If anyone is interested in doing either ride, let me know.

We'll be leaving the St Pete Boat Ramp around 9:00. We'll probably pass through Desoto around 10:00 AM. Arrival at Egmont at 11:30 AM at the latest. Weather permitting, we'll be staying out until around 4:00 PM. Traveling with a rental boat, so it has to be back between 5 - 6 PM.

This map shows the route and the start/end points.

If anyone else wants to join in, PM me and I'll send you my phone number so you can meet up with us. I've got a waterproof phone, so it's always on.

I say take the rental boat out to Egmont, then scuttle her on the rocks. We will make other arrangements to get the boat riders back ashore. There, having the boat back by 5 is not an issue now.
