The water level is ALOT higher now than it was for the last ride in 2006. As of right now the lake is actually at full pool.
I will attempt to have a boat there for wake action but cannot make any promises at this time. I can have Baby John's BBQ cater the event if all parties were willing to pitch in a little cash towards the bill. Baby John's normally offers large plates for 10.00 ea. and reg plates for 8.00 ea. I would hope they would give us a 'group rate' if they new they were feeding 20-30 people.

Simple directions
from I 65 South, take exit 304(Cullman/Goodhope) and go left at exit
from I 65 North, take exit 304(Cullman/Goodhope) and go right at exit
go approx 4 miles (just past Valley Grove Grocery/Gas Station) and turn
right onto County Road 813 approx 1.9 miles
turn left onto County Road 385 Smith Lake Park entrance is in your right!!

sides are-cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, potato chips
They also do the usual burgers and stuff for the BK's of the world.
As far as the PARTY goes, we will have it at the park Satruday night either at
the shoreline of the water or at the pavillions next to the cabins. My opinion is-
if the people renting the cabins want peace and quiet, we will do it at the water-
if not-we wil utilize the pavillions.
Now for the adult in me(which is very little)lol
There will be boats there for our entertainment-if you hit boat wakes-you are soley
responsible for your actions!!! Jumping boat wakes IS illegal on our lake!!! However-
the po po makes wakes for me fairly often! If he see's you acting responsilbe-there will
be NO problem. If you act like an idiot-game over for the whole crowd! So PLEASE act our
age and not our IQ.
