Still ride in the off season?

I'm always around the intracoastal waterway around myrtle beach, no matter what the time of year. Anyone else out there ride along the grand strand?

Oh come on. Wear a fullwetsuit and you'll be more than fine. I'm usually there every other weekend. This coming weekend I'll be out, launching again from the Socastee area (near the Waccamaw River).

Re: Still ride in the off season?

You should come down to Charleston and ride with us for the New Years Day ride. Myrtle is only 2 hours away, I wouldn't mind coming up that way to do some riding. Shoot me an email, shooter98xpl@hotmail.com

Re: Still ride in the off season?

I ride Myrtle Beach all year. I launch at the Sunset Beach Bridge and usually do lunch at Barefoot Landing. My boat's name is Tee and Sea and you'll see that down there too.

I'll be down New Years.

What do you ride?

Re: Still ride in the off season?

Currently my parent's Yamaha VX110 Deluxe, but that will change when I graduate in May when I get my own. Not sure what it will be by then.

New Years I'll either be up north in New Jersey or in Sarasota, Florida, family/personal agenda comes before jetskiing I'm afraid.

Re: Still ride in the off season?

Hmmm, interesting little trip ya make there billcollector. May have to come up to Myrtle and have you show us around. H20Rocket, good luck with the graduation, if you ever want to ride down in Charleston or meet up in Myrtle for some riding let me know. We have a group of us looking to go ride in different spots. We might head out past for Sumter this weekend to go jump the wakes out at the Jitees. 8 to 10 feet waves makes for one helluva jump. PM me or something, we'll meet up and ride.
