I know this is a little late but...
We have a crew of 6 or so that all ride stand ups around the area but half won't put in salt. My one buddy and I like to ride the surf though... would put in at Shem Creek and go to Morris Island or IOP to Dewees/Capers area last summer mostly.

Man, I am definately down for some Charleston riding this summer. My gf lives there, so it would be pretty easy for me to make a few trips to ride.

I go up at cypress gardens quite a bit. its fun! like harassing the gators! jk
