mounting the dc regulator

Hey guys, I can't find a part number or anything for the rubber spacers and bolts for the dc regulator. its the little black box at the nose of the ski with two plugs coming out of it. the old ones were ruined and can't find a replacement. anyone know where to get this part or a sollution to mount this some where else

I used plastic screw inset/holders for walls from the hardware store tapped it for a bolt and glued them in.

auto parts store or nuts and bolts store just rubber inserts with brass inserts that crunch when bolt is tighten
