broken wire on harness. need help

one of the wires to the plug on the boost controller has broken at the base of the plug. what is the best way to fix this. can the pug be taken apart? where can i get a new plug? i think i have gotten ahold of a bad wiring harness. would i be able to cut the plug off with some of the wire. cut my harness and sodier them together.thanks for any help

Hey, Does Watcon sell wire harness? If so buy an extra one, they break and sometime it happens when it's to late. Mine broke on the engine temp sensor, you couldn't tell from the out side, but by hooking up the comp. you could tell. It made the ski run inconsistent at a race, took me 3 weeks to chase down the problem. Wish I had an extra harness at that time.

yeah randy is sending me some stuff but not a complete harness. those are about a grand i think. thank you though chris. we were talking about you today at the lake in corpus. nothing but good things.

I have a new flame arrestor & a wiring connector for you! A complete harness is $600.00, so your best bet is to repair what you have!

I fixed it. Had to push the pins out of plug which takes lots of patience. Then open pins and sodiered wire to pin push pin back in plug
