This is said to have 342 hp.. that seems like a lot of power.

Whats this top out at? How do these boats handle?

The question was about the V6 as far as I understood. Those are out of the picture.
The standup should be not bad indeed. It better be, given the price.

If you order a V6 now, you won't get it for 6 months. That's exactly what the HSR-Benelli reps told us when they stopped by our shop. A dealer can order one, but it won't show up at their shop for another 6 months.
