TBM Racing Kawasaki SX-R 800 Signature Series Ride Plate “New Edition” (P/N: TBM123)

After nearly 5 years of production we have finally found a way to enhance the performance of our premier SX-R ride plate by utilizing the triangular windows that Mike Klippenstein made famous on his TBM Hydrospace plate. A subtle yet very noticeable improvement these 4 windows allow water to enter over the top of the plate when chopping the throttle creating added traction and grip in the turns. This is very noticeable when passing other riders or crossing another riders wake. It is also an improvement for the recreational rider that loves going out and carving turns all day.

Yea! i tried it 16 years ago when Ken Klus,s ocean pro made it for the 550 650 !.. wrks great.=] lol! why doesnt someone make a electric intake grate. that can change angles by your thumb switch. but a... then everyone will have one like a drop nozzle and that cancels out that. beyond that.. its still the rider.. lol

I gotta say this plate is unbelievable! wow. I have a few rides and one race on mine... and it sticks amazingly! I give it two thumbs up... hope you like yours!

This plate will work killer ! I have a custom moded TBM with 8 triagles cut into it and the mag pump moved back over 2 inches in the hull , my sxr handles like no other !

does it get rid of the "want to fly over the pole when you chop the throttle feeling?" or does it increase it?

Is this TBM ride plate and intake grate going to be the best combo for riding in rough water? We play in the rapids most of the time and lake\reservoirs the other half...
