As you may have seen. OCEAN PRO ENGINEERING is going to formally be put up for sale as a complete package or individual product lines may be acquired. In a nut shell there is more retail value in the existing inventory than what I'm asking as a purchase price for the whole thing ..Which includes everything below.
The key to this is that there is a great resurgence of free ride watercraft and early skis. That's what OP is all about plus what ever you want to turn it into. There is no blue sky in this deal it's all tangible assets and the world wide recognized names and trademarks come with it
There is about 100k in new saleable product at cost. Mostly Vortex’s and Ride plates and some Heads ..750 and 1100 ZXI’S the market return value of the inventory is aprox.+ 360k even if sold at a liquidated price.
The complete offering is for all the tooling 15 cylinder heads All 37 ride plates a half dozen pump and steering nozzles. 440, 550 and 650/750 complete performance cylinders. and dozens of intake manifolds quick turns custom gaskets , grates T-shirts hats all patterns, All Drawings, Foundry Tooling ,Patterns, fixtures and CNC programs including Cad Key software…business files. contacts business software, foundry tooling, Drawings and match plates. All Vortex Drawings Foundry Tooling ,Fixtures Match plates ,CNC programs for applications for just about every watercraft and snowmobile made. The whole thing including the OCEAN PRO trade market name the trademark Name MONO for the cylinder heads and an exclusive license to produce the Vortex . I’m opening an exclusive product design studio strictly for product development. My services will be available for any new products you may desire.
