Kawasaki 650 - 800 Aluminum Engine Cradles

I have a sample of the first one that has come off the machine line today. These will be ready to be shipped sometime next week.

I am making these available to all the form members for $150.00 + 12.00 s/h each in the lower 48 US. These will be marketed in several locations for $225.00 and up + s/h.
If you want one please send me a paypal payment to john@jetskihaven.com and as soon as I get them next week I will be shipping them out. Please note what the payment is for so I get what you ordered sent to you.
Let me know.
Thanks,
John - Jet Ski Haven

Nice. Looks like the old Ocean Pro ones that were popular back in the day. Curious, have you compared the weight of this to a 650, 750, and 800 plate? What does yours weigh? Type of alum? Warranty? are they anodized or raw? How soon till they are ready, I might want some. Thanks.

These are a take-off of the Ocean Pro engine cradle.
If the 650, 750 and 800 OEM cradle is the same this one is 2.8 lbs lighter.
If there is a difference in the OEM cradles weight from the 650 to the 800 then the only one I compared with is the 650 cradle.
Aluminum type, I am not for sure. I know it was discussed and the engineer for this prodject made that choice.
These are just raw now but they will be polished before they are shipped.
I an still trying to see about anodize. If you want it anodized I am sure I can get it done for about $30.00 per item.
I also can get it powder coated.....
These will be ready by this time next week, at least that is best that I can tell.

Re: Kawasaki 650 - 800 Aluminum Engine Cradles

thanks, I know that the 650 is lighter than the late 750 because the openings are larger and the 750 had gussets on the bottom. 800 has the newest type, and the heaviest, that is why I ran a 650 one in my 800. Yours is probably about 2.5 pounds lighter than an 800 then. I would like one anodized black. Let me know if this is possible, and when I could get it. Do you offer dealer pricing?

Does one of these make it possible to put a 800SXR motor into a JS550 hull?

No it will not work in a 550 hull.
If you want me to contact you I will be building a cradle for the 440/550 hull that you will be able to mount both the 440/550 engine or any of the 650 - 800 engines.
To be put on the list send me an email to john@jetskihaven.com
Thanks,

Re: Kawasaki 650 - 800 Aluminum Engine Cradles

*****TECH NEWS*****

THESE ARE MADE FROM 6061-T6 ALUMINUM STOCK.
This is what most marine race boat aluminum parts are made out of.

Thanks,
