word is that is just helps the holeshot, but air filters should bump up max rpms a little bit which one would assume would increase top end. but thats only in theory.

i like the idea of replacing the gigantic stock airbox though. Should come in handy having less bulk when doing routine maintenance.

what happens when the filters get dirty, do you have to purchase the whole complete filter kit again or can the filters be cleaned and replaced separately?

How does a filter get "dirty" in a watercraft ???

Think about it,there should be NO dirt in your watercraft & they are operated in water not the desert.

The small filters could get "dirty" from the oil. We are speaking about the crankcase vent filters.

Re: BIG-AIR-INTAKE STX 12F and 15F

other than lookin' shiny and pretty, what are rogues big air filter's advantage over riva's performance filters if any? rivaracing costs about a hundred dollars less. what are the performance benefits; if there are none, I will stay with the stock filter and save my money for something else.
