I was out on St Clair last Wed (9/17) and it was great with 3-4 fts with NE winds 15-20 or so. I launched at the DNR launch on S. River road. Waves were pretty good there, but I'd imagine the SW corner of the Lake had better waves from the fact the waves had the entire lake to build. And public launches South of there? They all seem to require you to be a resident of St. Clair shores, etc.
