solas pumps

luke and myself are getting some solas pumps for some ski's where building this winter, we plan on buying these in febuary sometime, solas makes a wicked aftermarket pump prefered by many great riders, reason we are planning feb. is because the more people we can get in on the order we think the cheaper and lower we can get the price. So lets face it since the lakes are just about to start freezing there is no real hurry to get these ASAP. let us know if you are interested, these are sold in complete kits at a great price, im going to have to get with luke on the price because im not sure what our sources are asking but here is a chance to reep benefits of some racer discounts...

im going to ball park 1100, but again its a kit, the skat trak mag sells for 1700 on blowsion and the best deal new iv came across was 1550, thats not a kit...these pumps are 140mm

Solas Pumps are 140mm, they come with Pump, bearings, shaft, reduction nozzle and trim ring, and also the steering nozzle. The only thing left to buy is a trim tube, cable, and lever. Also, it uses the stock drive shaft so you do not have to buy a new driveshaft or extend your own. I know a few people who have them and swear by them, I have rode a ski with a solas pump and was impressed. I definitely plan on purchasing one sometime this off season. I am not sure how much of a discount we can get, but as always I'm sure buying more than one helps. I believe the price is around $1300

As Timmer said, skat trak mags are about 1700 on their website, but that is for pump only, no nozzles, but they do come with a prop. Skat trak trim is another 700 or 800 at least. SOlas is by far the best deal

On Sea-Doos I have used both Solas pumps and Skat. The 12 vane Solas ran about even with the 6 vane Skat, both in 148mm. Honestly both are good, VERY good, but I think you get a better product buying the Skat. Pricewise the Solas is a dam good dela and heck of a big improvement over stock.
