Lake St Clair today

Put in at m-59 and cut through sni by stawberry. Rode with waves accross lake, about one to two footers. Went through Goose and Fisher to North channel to Middle channel and then to Browns bar for a great sandwich. On the way back accross lake we went aganst two foot with occasional three footer on my gtx with my friend riding my other gtx. Thank GOD for wet suits as we submarined a couple of times. I do this ride pretty regularly usually in nicer weather. If anyone is interested in joining up to do this let me know. Moondog.

Re: Lake St Clair today

You are right about that, but there is no waiting and no weeds to clog up your intake at m 59 dnr ramp. If there is a strong westerly wind you can ride the shore line to several resturants in the New Baltimore area. Its fun to have a destination to ride to.

oh no doubt... if i had more friends to go with and more money .. id love to ride the cost line from brandenburg north and hit up some resturants... metro isnt as bad as last year though.. since the water level rose its less seeweedy... still has a bunch of idiots crowding up the ramp ..
