| Ghetto Yacht Club Fall Gathering Sept. 25-27

What:Buoy's, Beers & Bars. Ramp Jump! & Kelley's Island Saturday
Friday - Arrive anytime after 3pm. We'll be running skis right after I get off work. We can put out some buoys and hit the ramp if your feeling brave. That night we can hit up Margaritaville...for what else...delishious margarita's and dinner. Come back on invade the local tavern. Campfire and late night foolishness.
Saturday - First group up sets up the buoy course. We'll ride the majority of the day. Probably collect money to go get Subway. We found this is a lot easier than grilling with this many people. After riding, I will have a shuttle take us to Marblehead and hop on the Kelley's Island ferry. Same shuttle will bring be waiting to bring us back home.

Sunday - Whoever is not too hungover..we can get breakfast in the Village...the Best Breakfast on the Bay. We can cruise out to the Sandbar at Baypoint if people still feel like riding.

Sleep - I've met more people this summer at the races...so that means less space for people to all fit inside. We'll have plenty of floor space for air mattresses, couches, foutons, etc....it might be a tight fit But, if you have these items, please bring them just in case: Tent, air mattress..all the stuff you would normally sleep with while camping or at races.
Gas - We have gas stations close but about 15 min. drive to them. So, you may want to bring with you more than usual than at a race weekend.
Parking - Bring whatever you have. We'll have plenty of room for the biggest toy haulers
Boat Launch - Walking distance from my house for easy access. If you have a beach cart, feel free to bring it. If you have a scissor beach stand, I would definately bring that although we'll have tie off buoys.
Directions - GPS address above or use these:
From North and West: Follow I-75 South to I-280 Enterance. Follow I-280 to Exit 7 (Rt. 2) Oregon. Follow Rt. 2 East for about 50 minutes. You'll go over Edison Bridge and exit at Rt. 269 South Bayview/Castalia. Top of Ramp, turn Left and go into the village of Bayview. Follow this until it dead ends at water. Turn Left and go thru town. Follow this towards the end as it curves to the left (water on right). Curve Left thru 2 NO OUTLET signs. My house is a few down on the left.
From South and East: Either I-90 West of Rt. 4 North....make your way to Rt. 2 Follow Rt. 2 West and exit at Rt. 269 South Bayview/Castalia.
