Good Luck Luke aka IceRocket

Well, our Ice has headed out for his first race of the season at Rounds 3 & 4 at Lake Kalamazu sp*, Michigan. Lets hope he does well, rides safe, and even takes the checkers in his class, Novice Ski Stock 800!

Good Luck Brotha!

Well just spoke with Luke, he actually raced 2 classes for the 1st 2 rounds of a different series involved with Monster Energy!

On day 1 he took 1st in the Beginner Ski Stock winning both motos. Getting 4th in a split class in both motos (two seperate races due to numbers exceeding 18 riders!) and got 5th overall in Novice Ski Stock! He even held off last years N.S.S. world champion!

On day 2 he took 3rd overall in the Beginner Ski Stock class after taking 3rd due to a wipeout in the first moto, and winning the next. Again, he got 5th overall in Novice Ski Stock after fighting his way through the numbers!

Congratz Luke!

Whats up guys. Yeah, Rat got it all right. Except today I won beginners first moto, and fell in the second one. I ran out of laps to catch up to people at the end. Oh well.

I got 5th overall both days for Novice ski stock, which is cool being that we had 18 riders. Saturday we actually had 2 heats, and an LCQ for that class! It rocked, but John Herrin bruised or broke a rib, and someone else was either injured or had gone home, so sunday we had just 2 motos.

Out of 18 guys, I'd say 5th overall isnt bad both days for my first time. Im not complaining about it, Im so excited for this weekend tho!
