advice for new poster

Hello Everyone. Since I started riding 10+ years ago, I never once thought of searching the web for other jetski enthusiast. Since my superjet broke down, I actually surfing all through the net trying to see if I could get a hold on a new ski. I'm hoping to find some advice and meet some other jetskier in my area that can help me get serious into jetskiing.

I found that yamaha and kawaski has new standups out for sale on their official sites. I myself have been riding a older superjet 650cc, but i've experienced a couple of kawasakis one 550 and another faster model, not sure what size engine. And I prefer the superjet. But the new kawasaki looks nice and less expensive than the new superjet. Anyone have any firsthand knowledge on how these two skis ride?

Though I prefer to find a used cheaper ski, than get a brand new ski that I can't store correctly during the off season. Anyone know other sites I can look for good skis on the web? Any advice for me a superjet rider which year and model will do me good at a good price range? If anyone knows anyone wanting to sell a ski or is wanting to sell a ski, I would appreciate it much.

Sorry for the long post... Thanks for the help

Well the current offer from Kawasaki (the SXR) hasn't been changed since 2003, the current superjet hasn't changed since 1996....

As far as which out of those two, if you race, SXR, if you just free ride or free style, SJ....

Oh and welcome...

Re: advice for new poster

the bottom hulls are the same on all superjets. its pretty easy to stick a 701 cylinder on your ski.
