shop talk

this is the thread where you guys talk about spinning wrenches and trading parts. the hampton beach thread is where we talk about jumping waves or whos riding or how to properly load a honda on a slightly pitched boat ramp.

ummmmm not me , scotts doin the true fire , Im just painting it.

"I will need the fac pipe specs as far as jets go I havent had time to look it up .
What would you recommend .61X,limited pipe ,single 44 ,skat swirl ."

If you scroll down to page 5 you'll see what factory pipe recomends. What is stock needle and seat for a 61X ?

Im running 152.7 / 120 / 2.0 / 80 gram spring / taper bore 44

The engine and pipe do come out together.

Re: shop talk

I reccomend the 2.5 needle and seat rather than the 2.3 that is stock. That and the shiny silver spring was what is in my buddy's 61x blaster witht he od pipe and it is the one I ran in my 61x Superjet witht he limited pipe.

I heard a long time ago that they get HUGE money for true flames. Is it really that big a deal?
