Seabrook & Hampton Beach N.H.

I figure I start this thread seeing alot of people will be heading there every weekend now. Maybe we can post the tide times and the water conditions for wave jumping.

boat test

There are two sites to take it on. One of them has a sample test, which will give you an idea of where you stand, before putting your cash down to take it for real - pass/fail -still costs you. I forget where each one is. But, I know I found one of them through the State Registration site. The other through a search engine.

Last year you got a downloaded certificate to carry with you, until the real thing came in the mail. My son's arrived in Sept.

For those of you new to it, the NH law has graduated inactment / requirment. Last year under 21 required. This year it's moved up. Old guys like me don't need one for a few more years. (Got mine when I was 14 - more than a few decades ago{ my son is 17}) I was actually glad to take the sample test, updated me to current. Will actully take again this year. As "you can't take the puck out of the oven".

"Old guys like me don't need one for a few more years."

unless you do something stupid like me and try to splash my buddy right in front of a Maine patrol sitting on the shore hiding like a Chameleon "those guys are sneaky", if you get any fine at all you have to take the course, The Marine Patrol never even told me anything about it, I paid my $60 fine and thought that was it, till I got a letter a few months later telling me I had to take the course or I wouldn't be able to register my PWC this year, I'm 39

Anyways thats old news for me,puckoach where do you live I know all kinds of lakes in the area

hampton

hey h20rocket.. did you go down to hampton? i was down there around three oclock. i buzzed around in teh bay for a little bit and looked for you but didnt see any other PWC. I went out beyong the jetty as the tide was coming in and the waves were pretty big, but they were really close together so i couldnt catch much speed to launch. i was alone and got majorly sketched out that my ski was going to conk (my exhaust keeps coming loose where it bolts onto the manifold- driving me NUTS) anyways, i might try getting up to the lakes region, possibly tuesday. what city are you in?
-Bernie

ps: whats your name?

Hampton Sebrook Area

Hampton Seabrook Area

I live south of Boston, about an hour from Hampton.

My ski "winters" in Hampton, "summers" in Wakefield NH.

I was just looking for some lakes near Hampton, in case a great day pops up, and I run up to get some rides in.
