Vacation in Wildwood Crest, where to launch my ski.

I will be going down to wildwood crest in July and was wondering if it is worth taken our new waverunner with us. Are there any good spots that I can launch from and park my truck while were out riding ? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks John

Take the short run up the parkway to Strathmere and Corson's Inlet State Park. Decent ramp and a nice place to ride. Sandbars usually provide decent waves and there are several eateries/bars to go to.

if you dont want to leave wildwood you can go to 6th ave boat ramps and launch it on the bay than it is a short ride right to inlet by the n.wildwood beach....good waves and you can even park on the beach and relax

I'm from Stone Harbor and your best bet is...

Drive like you were going to Stone Harbor, and on that road (Where Pops boat rentals is)that connects Stone Harbor to Wildwood there is a place that everyone goes to drop there ski in and park there car on the side of the road. Its on the left hand side before the stone harbor bridge that takes you to 115th street of SH. Its also good because there is an island out there to stop and chill on! Fun Times! But this place really is the best quick, easy and FREE!

mrc123 or oneboss, can I get to that spot directly from Wildwood and if so, do you know the name of the road ? Also is that area ok to pull a tube or wakeboard at ?

Thanks John

Drop in behind the Lucky Bones restaurant right when you cross the bridge to Cape May. It is a free ramp, just go right out to the harbor as waverunners are not allowed in the canal.

There is available parking. I think it is a State of NJ ramp.
