PA registration

I bought an old Kawasaki 300 stand up jet ski 3 yrs ago and it came with no papaerwork. Well I finally got her running good and now I want to get a registration sticker on her so I can ride without looking over my shoulder! How can I go about this?? Any help would be great!!!

Call the PA fish and boat commission. They will ask whom you purchased the ski from. They will call around and track down the original owner ( hopefully), just to make sure they did sell it and approve of the legal junk. and if all goes smoothly they will write a new title under your name. I've done the same thing with a 550.
