Hello everyone
New guy here. I live in nepa close to wilkes barre and was wondering where is the good riding. I have been reading/hearing bout water cops in harveys lake, was curious about lily lake and not sure about other lakes round here. And not necessarily wanting to go in the susquehanna in my area kinda dirty. any suggestions?

i hit up beltzville pretty often. i live in jim thorpe so i'm close to beltzville. if you ever want to try it out PM me for my number. sometimes my schedule gets busy so hit me up a day or 2 before so i can switch obligations if i have too.

the cops arnt that bad as long as you kinda stay legal. if you keep your distance and mainly dont blow past swimmers and skiers its not that bad. theres not alot of rules use common sence and you will be fine. keep a fire extinguesher whistle and all your papers which you should do anywhere. good luck have fun maby ill see you out there.

I try to hit Paupack. Lotsa room to have fun. I usually go during the week. At least during the summer. I may be headed there this weekend so we'll see what kind of a crowd there is after labor day.
You can't beat the PPL Launch in ledgedale. People are super nice and an 8.00 launch fee. It's worth it. Good operation they run there and a quick jump from 84. Takes me less than an hour from doorstep to casting off.
