Blaster Mod Pipe in Square nose

Has anyone tried to cram a blaster mod pipe into a square nose?
Will it fit?

It will fit. You may need to reshape the gastank a bit with a heat gun (empty, of course), and perhaps dent the chamber a bit. But it fits.

Heat on an empty gas tank is a LOT worse than heat on a FULL tank.
If you are going to heat the tank to shape it, you might want to try filling it with water first. Don't apply heat to an empty tank.

Empty and dried out for a couple of days (in my case), I should add. :razz:

If you fill the tank with water all your gonna do is heat the water up. Use a heat gun on an empty tank and take it easy not to over heat the plastic.

I didnt have to heat the tank to clear,just a small dent in pipe will do & maybe covered with a piece of hydroturf.

You will need to put a BIG dent on the side of the chamber to clear the side wall or grind the wall.

i would run the exhaust off my truck through the tank before id heat the tank
