Everybody Loves Tony Kwolek - But He's Hospitalized =/

Tony Kwolek, the sweet, lovable guy who's always up for helping anyone and everyone is going to miss the Harbor Beach Can Am Cup this weekend as he's been been hospitalized.

I just spoke with Tony, and he's in the Broward County Medical Center in Florida instead of on his flight to the Can Am Cup. Seems he's got some pretty serious intenstinal issues which may require surgery, but at the moment he's opting for heavy IV antibiotic treatment in an effort to avoid the pretty invasive surgery.

And, like the trooper Tony is, his only real concern was missing out on the racing action in Habrbor Beach. He wanted me to be sure and send his best wishes for a safe and fun race to all competing there. He's pretty devastated that he'll miss this weekend, but he's already going over the balance of the race schedule to see how much healing time he'll have before Nationals.

If you get a chance, drop TK a note here and let him know you're thinking of him. He's a total sweetheart and I think it will lift his spirits some knowing we're all pulling for him.

Tony: Hurry up and get well Dude!! Hope to see you at the next Region 7 race in Deerfield or where ever it takes place!! I'll be sure to bring the camera so you can take more pictures.

Hey bud, take care. Shirley called your mom to get an update. She said you were fixing everyone's TV's. Take it easy and let the Doctors do their magic.
By the way, I asked the head nurse, she will not give you a tequila I.V.
You've probably got a bottle under your pillow anyway.
