Please don't idle in chat

It's just not cool to idle for extended periods of time, it's like coming to a party and not talking to anyone.
It has been a rule since 2002.

So please, if you don't plan on talking for the next hour, just log out, it aggravates people.

Anyways it's not subject to discussion, it's a rule since 2002 as a moderator you should enforce the rules, not discuss them.

Yeah, we used to just kick idlers.. i think 11's being nice by giving a reminder about it..

if being nice is kicking mods, then absolutely. I guess either I need access to the mod forum, or 11 needs to apologize

I'm just curious, I'm not trying to stir things up, or seemingly question authority of the whole chat thing, but why is being "idle" in chat even an issue?
