throttle adapter question

I just switched over my throttle cable to my 550 from my 650 as part of my engine conversion. Unfortunately my 650 throttle cable does not thread into my umi finger throttle because the thread is to large on the throttle cable, does anyone know if there is an adapter to shrink the thread? thanks

Re: throttle adapter question

nevermind this post, mods can delete. I figured out that the person who installed the finger throttle filled it with epoxy then tapped it and threaded the smaller 550 throttle cable in. A little bit of chipping later and she is all hooked up, onto the engine install tomorrow
