Jetting a 650

So me and a friend did a 550/650 conversion.... We both did The stock 650 exhaust mod and mod'd stock 650 waterboxes. They both have 44 mikuni's on them with aftermarket bcw intake manifolds. What jetting would anyone recommend to start out with.

stock yamaha 650 jetting? not stock kawi?

Does anyone know where to buy jets cheap?

I would also like to buy a box that holds jets as well?

Does anyone sell a kit that includes a box and various jets?

How about something similar for needles, seats and springs?

Re: Jetting a 650

I would start there. If I remember correctly I was at 122.5 and 100 on my conversion ski.

Re: Jetting a 650

but you would need to run what a 650 needs correct? stock 650 runs 115-120 pilot 140-150main 2.0n/s black spring.... your jetting sounds lean.

to run the carb on my 750 i was bumped to 120 pilot 150 main 2.3 n/s 95g

Re: Jetting a 650

Start rich and lean it out. Read the Mikuni SBN manual
