tigershark 770 engine swap

Making some process in the 770 engine swap into a kawasaki 650sx stand up jet ski. Here are some pics of the motor. Got the adapter made for the factory B pipe exhaust to mount up. Engine porting, bedplate modified, lighten flywheel.

Nice!!!!
I did a tigershark 640 into a kawi 550. Then member jason3814 blew it up this summer.
Good Idea with the exhaust adapter.
How are you going to handle the cooling?
How did you do the engine bed plate?

Re: tigershark 770 engine swap

Right now the cooling is still setup for single cooling but has a T going into two different inlets in the manifold so the cooling will be even. Most of the water we ride here in northeren CA is cold even in the summer because of snow run off so I think it would be fine on single cooling but I might just go ahead and run dual cooling while I got the whole ski ripped apart. I am just going to put 3/8 fittings coming out of the head so it will match the rest of the system.
The bed plate I just drilled the holes right behind the other ones and that got it really close. Might need some final adjusting like sloting the mounting holes so the can slide back and forth a little or I might just shorten the driveshaft a bit.

Re: tigershark 770 engine swap

I did the same with my bed plate. Had to shim the heck out of it to get the engine to align.
Where are you putting the electric box?
