PIC of plugs 98 770 TSL Problem

I was running ski the other day,and the engine suddenly dropped down to a little above idle ,I thought it went into limp mode,so I brought it back to dock,I flushed ski out with fresh water hose,
the ski would never idle rite.so I raised Idle screw now starts and Idles fine.I noticed that the PTO carb was dripping fuel.and also very lightly misting out of carb
when I raised Idle ,I did not adjust low speed screws on cerbs.
I went today to pull ski out of water today to to winterize ,and ski would not move ,,when I give it gas It would just go to a little above idle,I thought plugs were fouled because I'm using oil pump plus 50:1 premix.
I changed plugs and no difference,Here are the plugs ,I pulled out LEAN/RICH what do you think!!
I want to pull ski out of water for winter,The boat ramp is only 3000 ft.away but .I hate to winterize ski ,not knowing what's going on,I will do compression test when I pull ski but do you know anythingI'm missing.
I plan on rebuildiong carbs over winter,Could this cause ski do bog like this and not move oo RPM's much above idle SEE PIC

Update
I changed fuel filter and disconnected overheat sensor from from box (reinstalled) No change .When I changed fuel filter , The bucket I put old Filter in had a golden brown oily liquid @ bottom of jug.could this be Salt water !!
The specific gravity of water is 1 - the premix oil and gas is lighter in weight and was on top were this was on the bottom floating like a heavy oily liquid.ANY Idea!
I will buy compession tester tomorrow (payday) and that will tell the story! But now ,I'm also thinking about my gas fill I don't think it's sealing ,
I have heard that salt water in fuel scores pistons, any experiance with saltwater in premix!!
Engine starts and runs , but only about 3000 rpm max.that's why I was hoping for bad sensor!!

Can I do any real damage to motor ,If I drive it to ramp to pull for winter, around 300Ft away If I have low compression or 0 in one cylinder !! I don't want to seize engine is this a possibility!!

Re: PIC of plugs 98 770 TSL Problem

i know fresh or saltwater can cause scoring if water is ingested. it sounds like you may have water in your gas and possibly blocked a jet and cause it to run lean. The damage is probably already done, but i still wouldn't run it anymore.

I know from you guy's that,I need the top end done I will do it in March, before spring

Re: PIC of plugs 98 770 TSL Problem

Yep, that sounds like water if it is at the bottom of the tank. Where did you get fuel last? If would have migrated into the carb and blocked the jets and leaned out the fuel mixture and caused piston damage.

Re: PIC of plugs 98 770 TSL Problem

When I changed fuel filter, and dumped old filter into 1 gal.bottle,I noticed a little brown on bottom, when I emptied old filter gas ,pre-mix was nice and blended there was a 1 mil on bottom of 3 oz gas.
wishfull thinking but this liquid was in the bottom of old filter,It got trappped by cartridge ,before entering carbs.
I have water detecting liquid,we use to test our oil tanks @ work,I will put on a stick and dip tank,If it changes color there is water detected,in tank.

Re: PIC of plugs 98 770 TSL Problem

it will detect water in the gas even if the two don't mix?
