installing first jet pump on 1997 monte carlo 770

Hi I am installing my first jet pump on a pwc any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am a total newb, I did not take it apart. What oil should i put in the cone and how much for that matter, anything special to keep an eye on while putting it together. What sealing method to the hull should be used other than a new gasket which I have bought. Anyone know the torque settings for the hull studs and the jet pump bolts. Anything anyone can think might help please let me know. Thanks to anyone willing to help and oh ya how do you get the rubber thing back into the impellor during instalation. Again Thanks

The bearings should be pre lubed and ruber sealed on both sides oil is not required. But I do put in 2oz. of synthetic 80-90wt gear lube in the pump before I put the cone on to keep corrosion down. Just make sure you get the driveshaft started in the impeller seal straight after you push it into the impeller then slide it all the way on. Next apply aluminum anti-size on the bolts and blue locktight on the steering rod bolt.
