99 TSL - Runs cold

Just got my basket case 770 together and I noticed that the engine does not seem to be getting very warm. I ran it for about 5 minutes at 1/2 throttle and the head was cold to the touch. Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: 99 TSL - Runs cold

in the diagram i have it shows the water input to the head where you show it exits and 'T' fitting to the pipe will then be after the head.

I did but it does not have a "cooling section" it does show pieces of the cooling system on various diagrams but not a complete one.
