?97 Daytona 770?

I know nothing of 'sharks but there is on for sale near where I work. I haven't spoken with the owner but our UPS driver says that its been there from a while >1 year and does not run. Its sitting on a pretty decent looking Shoreland'r trailer.

If the engine is completely dead, are parts for these sought after? I don't need another PWC but what is an average one these worth when they run?

I am not 100% sure that it is a '97 but the evidence I find on the internet says that it is.

Go to the www.sbtontheweb.com link on this site. They have complete engines and a variety of parts available. I would not pay more than $1000 for a 97 Tigershark myself. At the most. The 770 was a decent ski. Quick and light.

Re: ?97 Daytona 770?

find out how much it is and you always have the option is dropping a new rebuilt motor in it like tshark mentioned. If the price is right, the trailer alone might be worth it.
