Can I TOW_ R12X

Hey guys,
I know this question has been asked, but 4th of July is coming up and I plan on going out on the lake and wanted to know whether or not I am able to TOW with my Aquatrax R-12.
I know it does not come with a Tow Hook.... but I've heard of people using the back handle to tie the inflatable tube. Im planning on using a single tube....

SHould I risk it??!?! Can it handle it?!?!?! Any advise would be greatly appreciated

First part isn't true, because there are plenty of meaningful posts that touch on new topics. People could atleast post in an established thread.

The reasons that you SHOULDN'T tow with your R
1. no safe place to attach a towable
2. not rated/meant for towing(which makes it illegal to tow in most states)
3. only room to carry one person. this makes it illegal in some states to even try, because a lot of places require you to carry a spotter AND have room to carry all the people on the towable which would take atleast 3 seats

Re: Can I TOW_ R12X

I've towed everything with mine, wakeboards, tubes, I've even pulled a kite tube around

i've even pulled a stand up going about 30 mph about a river a couple miles

the only advise I could give you is don't put the rope through both loops in the back, because once you start pulling the stress will pull the 2 metal loops inward and bend ... when I pulled the kite tube this is what happened

Oh and make sure you see the marine patrol leave the lake first : )
