Winterizing -- 2000 with 700's.

So, I've searched on here but can't find much... I have two 2000 Polaris's with the 700cc motor, one Virage and one SLH. I'm used to winterizing outboard motors, IE, fog it and stabil and you're good to go. Anything special need to be done to these (antifreeze?? If so, where?) Searching on here brings me conflicting results... Are these self draining motors? I was planning on adding Stabil, running them one last time in the water, then fogging them out of water, and adding anti-freeze or just pumping the water out. One of these has a brand new SBT motor in it with 5 hours on it, so I'd rather not bust the block since we do see temps well below freezing here.
