virage tx

i have a 2001 virage tx and my drain plug fell out going down the hwy. so i replaced it and i rode for about 30 min last sat. and my ski seemed to have taken on way more water than i was comfortable with because i was riding very conservatively due to the water temp. other than the drain plugs where could water be getting in? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
