If the fuel lines are gray color Tempo brand, replace all the fuel lines. The gray Tempo fuel hoses degrade internally, and create a green goo that clogs the carburetors internally.
Also clean out the fuel selector valve.
You must remove and rebuild the carburetor, as it is probably internally clogged. Use genuine OEM rebuild parts, not aftermarket. Clean the carb thoroughly, including the tiny internal passages.
Running with a clogged carburetor often results in engine damage, especially holes burned through the pistons (called lean burn).
You can inspect your pistons for damage by looking down through the spark plug holes. A tiny flexible shaft flashlight is really helpful when doing this.
If you see a crater or small divot in the center area of a piston, that is lean burn. As long as the cylinder compression is still good, and you correct the problem(s) with the fuel system, you can continue to use the pistons.
Also check your engine cylinder compression. Both spark plugs removed, throttle held wide open. Each cylinder should be within 10% of the other, and something over 100PSI each.
