Polaris SLT 750 won't start after rebuild HELP!!

95 SLT 750 got drowned a while back when family member house sat and used the PWC without the plug.
Got it cleaned up and ran it for a few weeks. It started eating pistons. I read the forums and did the following:
1. pulled engine
2. pulled and plugged the oil pump
3. Rebuilt carbs
4. Replaced fuel pump with a three line pump
5. New battery
6. installed engine
7. reconnected all electrical except for oil sensor line ( tied it off and sealed the connection)
8. tried to turn over engine and nothing. Pushed mode button and got display to light up.

Please help.

Thx

Starter possibly locked up after being swamped. Could have seized the starter motor while you were doing the engine work

Figured it out, the "Red/Purple" from the starter button wire was not as easily identified as it should have been. The purple is quite faded. Turns over great.

Check your crank index if you're eating pistons.

Also goto greenhulk.net for Polaris advice.
