750 sxi have a water separator

Just got a 96 750 sxi and there doesnt seem to be a water separator. is there one and if not has anyone installed one?

No there is'nt one from factory, the early model seadoo filter assy works well and easy to mount and cheap to buy.

Why would you want one ?

If I can remember which dumpster I pitched all mine into, you can have it.

I think it was the dumpster behind PowerSports and Best Buy.

Anywhere between tap and carbs so it works on reserve and on.

I agree......just remove everything on the vent line except the one way valve. You should install the one way valve where its hanging in free air, that way it could never suck any water, then no need for separator. It is the tube that runs up the pole that is the whole problem really.

I havnt mounted one and dont use then myself but offered it as an option, make a bracket off the hull or the electrical box not hard.
