Whats a bare hull worth?

I know of a bare hull but it has no title, and the guy doesnt want to write a reciept for it. I kind of would like to snatch it up but dont know what to pay, or what it would cost to piece back together with maybe some mild mods.

Basically what would you guys pay for it? and what am i looking at to piece it together? its been sitting outside the dude said...

A RN hull goes for 600+ so I think $400 might be reasonable

I have yet to see a $400 fx-1 hull. The last RN hull I seen for sale was like 1400. SFLswamprat has a WCF top deck conversion for $600
