FX-1 ShredMaster (would you buy one?)

If any of you have ever rode a ski with one of these plates you know how b!tchen they are. I know the standard for these skis are the JD set ups, however I have been gripping to try one of Bob's master pieces based on how well they perform on other models.
(there are currently only 2 ever made, and apparently neither will ever be available),

I have been pondering lobbying Bob to start a production, however I am sure he will want to know if there is a market.

If you are an FX-1 owner, and would be interested in one of these set ups, sound off and lets see if we can make it happen!

I'm sure you have a tough battle ahead of you.
It would almost be easier to borrow one of the existing ones, splash a mold and make your own.

It will definitely not be as tough as trying to find an existing one. I have been in contact with Bob many, many times and the users are just not going to let them out of their sight. Bob seemed receptive when I spoke to him last spring, plus we stomp in the same grounds. Also D-Ace has offered to help if we can get some people to buy in to make it worth the production.

Count me in !!!

Nice Kev. I know I can count on you to follow through. I am going to wait a week and try to keep this at the top to get some feedback before contacting him. It would be nice to have a dozen "for sures" before contacting Bob.

Now that’s encouraging Boris. Years of testing never into production because Yamaha dropped the ski in less than two years. A high-end well know ride plate manufacture would take the time needed to make a master and spend big $$$$$ for the tooling plus get to run correct and all you come up with is steal it………. You got it together so well Boris “splash a mold” then why don’t you come up with your own FX-1 ride plate “JACKASS”. Right now you sound like 90% of all the other self-claimed ride plate manufactures out there OEM and aftermarket. If we cannot come up with it just steal what works were to F*****G stupid to figure it out.

Anyhow “PrickofMisery” on a positive note I talked to a few riders today about (5) FX-1 riders said yes, no problem.

D, I'm gonna PM you my # and we can talk. Maybe even set up a ride with the nice winter swells coming. This is my next mission, I want to make this happen! I will belly up for 5 right now and I know one KO2 is a man to be trusted, so with another 6 or so on the bubble I thing Bob will seriously consider, dont you? I mean you know him better than I. What do you think is the magic # here???

Get over your self.
If a manufacturer doesn't want to put out his product onto the market for all to enjoy that's fine, someone will make one soon enough.
Than again, it does seam like "Shreadmaster" gets off on customers begging.

Re: FX-1 ShredMaster (would you buy one?)

Why don’t you find something else to do Boris. You have no interested in this ride plate I bet you don’t even own and FX-1. Your big month started this crap “SUGGESTION” try getting over just being a rag A$$ keyboard junk just making this sh!t up as you go along to have something to go off about. Personally I think your full of sh!t with the little girly games you enjoy to play and don’t even have any interest in this thread at all…………… So what is the point Boris?

More testing? Why would a racer like Jeff Jacobs that could get paid to ride any other ride plate ride a Shredmaster.....................
