657 & 657x - speed & reliability differences?

Can anyone supply a link or info on the speed & reliability differences between the 657 & 657x engine?

650 doo motors are pretty much the same as far as reliability & speed,the X was marginally better.

10 hp is enough for me to want to rebuild my 95 spx instead of my 93 xp

Whats funny is I have a customer with a 93 XP & a 94 XP & they are both side by side at full throttle,somehow I dont see 10 HP.
