turning the beast into a uncontolable monster :D

i was lucky enough to pick up a mint blaster this summer with a 1100 raider motor fitted into it with some pump work an omg was it fun. from dead hull starts no ski i ever meet beat it out of hole. it would pull 6-8 skis on an rxp til i hit 60 an it says bye bye but its the look on there faces until then lol. all motor was was standard 1100 with a riva cdi. the motor needs some work, crank just about had it so i decided to build something stupid lol here a few pics

swapped out msd an put charging wheel back in as cant be bothered with the pains of msd unless i totally have to will see soon when i run it







the motor was outa this



6mm billet stroker, ported cases, ada cylinder an head ported, custom waterbox, protec manifold, carbon reeds, taperbored 46mm running a riva cdi an charging wheel to see how it will go, will post more pics when i finish it, sould have all running tomorrow an hopefully a lil trip to the water woooohoooo i so excited i cant wait

That's awesome!

In your last picture, I hope your engine isn't bolted down. You need a bigger gap between your driveline couplers. Just something to remember when reassembling it.

Dude all i can say is wow.What size motor comes stock in those.
that thing is gunna fly forsure now.

coupler is fine just funny pic angle but thanks for the advice kane its normally a 700 same as a sj in there but that motor has been dynoed at close to 200hp so its sure gonna be fun to hold onto lol guy i got ski of beefed up the drive line for the 1100motor just hope it holds up with this one, im that dam excited i cant sleep i can see myself back in workshop soon lol

Oh yeah, that skis going to rock. Too bad Yamaha doesn't look at this board and see all the people shoehorning triples into boats that should have had em in the first place.
