Hello, I'm not sure of very many...I'm a fresh water kinda guy. However I do know of one in Bridgeport CT on LI sound called Captins Cove Seaport. The water is pretty funky down in that area, however there are a couple small resturants and bars. I'm fairly certain there is gas there too. I would google it to confirm its any help in your search.
