Re: Mason ski is 99% done, for sale at the "Surf Slam"
The auction of the Mason Waddle ski is underway! We had an opening bid of $5,000 today from Lauren Main of Connecticut, who is attending the Blowsion Surf Blast with her family.
Bidding will conclude Sunday afternoon, and the winning bidder announced.
If you are interested in submitting a bid for this one-of-a-kind tribute ski (payment via PayPal), contact Jeff "Crab" at 425-239-0125, or his daughter Kim at 425-239-3566 prior to noon Pacific time on Sunday, September 13, 2009. Cell service is poor here, so if your call doesn't go through, send a text and make sure your bid is confirmed.
Please only bid if you intend to follow through. This is a charity auction with 100% of the proceeds going to Mason's Trust.

that's a good idea. we'd have to put a lowered handlepole bracket, nose piece and hood on it though.

lol, I'm just saying it would look way cooler with that setup, and it would save him the trouble of having to do it later, because you know he'll want to, but he probably won't because it's a "commemorative" ski, cosmetics and all that. if it's setup with that modification to begin with, he won't have to mess and deal with all that. just my .02
