Sea Doo - Drive Shaft Problem

Newbie Sea Doo owner here--2007 GTI SE 155 hp. Bought it with 14 hrs on it two months ago and have taken it out regularly with no problems. Tonight I cranked her up at the house in getting ready for tomorrow morning and it had this weird deep vibration. I turned the engine off and cranked it back up and it ran normally for about 10 seconds and then started with the vibrating. It seems to be coming from the drive shaft coming out of the rear of the engine at the point of the two overlapping rubber boots. I checked by restarting the engine, no vibration, no movement from the shaft then as soon as it started the shaft was doing it's own impression of a high speed shaker. Can anybody clue me in. Thanks!
