Rxp 07 trouble shooting

I have just got a RXP 07 215HP ski to fix.I found the following things missing so far.Jet pump,starter solenoid and battery.
Found a piece of paper from the local marine repair company saying cylinder head.Found the exhaust pipe,throttle cable,fuel rail and throttle cable loose.Also found the top engine cover loose.Also found two indicators

The question is where is the best starting point to start from?As i am new to the fur stroke seen got find the best way to fix this ski.I also dont know the hours on it either.
ANY SUEGGESTIONS MOST WELCOME.

head is installed but i found a job card saying cylinder head.i suspect they pulled the head sand found damage.i am just looking for an experienced four stroke guy to give me a clue the common problems with the RXP 215HP engines.

sounds lke the worlds biggest can of worms to me!
more than likely been sunk, hydrolocked, dropped a valve etc you need to pull the head off and see what you have. You will need to replace the gaskets head bolts etc but untill you find out whats damaged you wont know if its even repairable usually people dont bail on a ski like that for no reason.

can of worms 4 sure, its hard to tell you where to start on it without knowing what was done, and what was done to head if anything from the previous shop..
