Information Centre Failures

Please let me know if you have experienced or know someone who has experienced an information centre failure on their 4-Tec. Mine has failed without reason and apparently this is quite a common occurance?
Also does anyone know if there is anyone around able to repair/exchange these units???
Many thanx, Chris.

I have 3 GTX 4-Tec - 1 bad info center and 1 loose connector

bought a new one on Ebay and on one machine one of the big square connectors was loose (front left side looking forward), sorry don't remember top or bottom. Beeps were consistant. 2 short, 1 long, machine will start and run fine.
