Help RXP

I am from Denmark and have a question about a Seadoo RXP 2004. it is a ski I want to buy and went out to test it but there was a problem with the pump it rew up to 8200 rmp right away but ski just accelerate slowly and ended at maximum 50 miles (also having a wrong sound from pump).
Ski has new wear ring and gab to impeller was ok impeller seams to look ok. is there someone having any idea what can be wrong ?.

Have you check the supercharger to see if it has the right amount of slip on it?

s/c should be fine if it goes to 8200rpm the prop must be bent and or there is a problem with the seal between the pump and the hull allowing it to suck air, the driveshaft seal can cause this also. Check there is nothing around the driveshaft.

there is nothing around the driveshaft. Where is the the driveshaft seal located ?.
