Fragments from SC

Have 03 gtx sc
SC stopped pushing boost but son didn't recognize and rode well past point where it should have been parked. Pulled SC and washers gone and needles missing. Motor is still operable. Does engine need to come out in order to clean and also is damage to oil pum likely. Is it true the 4 tec sc has two oil pumps? Don't really want to pull motor but will if advice indicates yes. Have new SC to go on as I have two skis and wanted to have one sc off machine and ready with new parts so can swap and go without loosing ski for weeks. ANy advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Fragments from SC

you need to pull the motor! there will be 40 needle rollers to find, as well as washer pieces, there are 2 pumps one in the front and one in the rear the 2 end housings come off easilly and thats as far as you need to go there are galleries running front to rear that needs flushing. if the pumps are damaged (likely) replace them and just hope the needles etc didnt go into the magneto and damage the stator.
